*Please Read* Client–Coach Agreement

By purchasing this offer, you agree to the following terms.

1. Coaching Services

Coaching is a professional, confidential partnership designed to help you set goals and take action towards improving your personal, professional, or wellbeing outcomes. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care.

2. Commitment & Sessions

  • Sessions take place online (zoom) or in person as agreed. Travel costs may apply.

  • Dates/times will be scheduled together.

  • Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed sessions without notice are considered paid.

  • If the Coach cancels, a make-up session will be provided.

  • Your first session may be longer to establish goals and direction.

3. Communication

You may email between sessions. Emails will be responded to within 48 hours on working days (Mon, Tue, Thu).

You will get 1 month of WhatsApp support after the session to help you continue to keep your ideas moving. (VIP session only)

4. Confidentiality

All information shared is confidential in line with the UKIHCA Code of Ethics, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

5. Client Responsibilities

You understand and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your choices, actions and outcomes.

  • Coaching may involve multiple areas of your life, and all decisions remain your responsibility.

  • Coaching does not diagnose, prevent, or treat medical or mental health conditions.

  • If you are under the care of another health professional, you should inform them about your participation in coaching.

  • You may stop coaching at any time; refunds are not provided except in rare, case-by-case circumstances.

  • To get the most from coaching, you agree to attend sessions, be open and honest, and participate fully.

6. Liability

The Coach makes no guarantees regarding results. The Coach is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to the amount you have paid for coaching services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where this cannot legally be excluded.

7. Hiking & Safety Disclaimer (VIP In-Person Farm Walk Sessions)

Some coaching sessions may include a guided hike (3–4 km) on an unsealed, uneven farm track and across rural farmland, including steeper sections. A basic level of fitness is required.

The walk typically takes 45–60 minutes.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge and accept:

  • The inherent risks of walking on uneven terrain and in outdoor environments.

  • The possibility of encountering livestock or horses in fields, and your responsibility to behave calmly, respectfully, and follow all safety guidance provided.

  • That you participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own safety, footwear, clothing, and physical readiness.

8. Food & Allergy Disclaimer (VIP In-Person Sessions)

Following the hike, coffee and snacks may be provided.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • It is your responsibility to inform the Coach of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements before attending the session.

  • While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, the Coach cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, or other common allergens).

  • You consume any provided food or drink at your own risk.
