The Netwalking - our business networking that gets you outside

Most of our events are outdoors, so come prepared to be comfortable, warm, and able to move freely.

As a general rule, we recommend:

• Comfortable activewear
• Layers (it’s the UK, after all)
• Waterproof jacket
• Trainers or sturdy shoes
• Water bottle

If your event includes something specific (like sauna, running, or a longer hike), check the relevant section below.

By attending, you’re responsible for bringing suitable kit for your own comfort and safety.

As my Granny always said: “There’s no such thing as bad weather - just inappropriate clothing!”

These are relaxed, social walks - but still outdoors and sometimes uneven underfoot.

Please bring:

• Trainers or sturdy, comfortable walking shoes
• Waterproof jacket
• Layers suitable for stopping and starting
• Water bottle

Optional:

• Small backpack
• Hat / gloves (colder months)

We recommend bringing:

• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
• Layers (including something warm for after activity)
• Waterproof jacket
• Suitable footwear
• Water bottle
• Any personal medication you may need

You are responsible for ensuring you are appropriately equipped for the conditions on the day.

We design our events to feel relaxed and accessible - not overly technical or intimidating.

That said, being properly prepared helps you:

• enjoy the experience fully
• stay comfortable in all conditions
  and move safely through each activity
