HIKE | SPEAKER | CHRISTMAS LUNCH| LINDORES STAY

A guided walk across beautiful farmland at blethering pace, followed by tea, coffee and a delicious Christmas Lunch provided by private local chef - plus a speaker who genuinely knows her stuff - Dr Kim - Medicine Woman!

Our speaker: Dr Kim from the Living Apothecary -  @houseofbrighde

Dr Kim wears a lot of very impressive hats - a doctor, a qualified herbalist and nutritionist and a businessowner to name a few! She works clinically at the hospital but she also runs the beautiful 'Living Apothecary' at Bowhouse, Fife where she combines medical knowledge with a deep understanding of food as medicine.

At our Christmas event she'll be talking to us all about the gut-brain-liver axis, navigating the changing seasons and how food and herbs can help you feel better.

Lucky us - we'll get to sample some of her delicious winter elixirs too which are choc full of antioxidants - and hopefully we'll be inspired to spend a little time slowing down during silly season!
