Many of you will know lovely Tara as she is part of the wider FAC community. We are delighted to say she is joining us in November as a speaker - to talk strengths,  culture and building a team that works.

Tara spent over twenty years in senior HR at PepsiCo and Unilever before founding Onward With You. She now coaches HR leaders and founders on the things that get skipped when everyone's too busy running the business: knowing what you're actually good at, building a culture on purpose rather than by accident, and getting your own brand and team clear enough that people know what you stand for.
